Looking for reasonable lodging in Panama City and a protected boat slip for your boat just a few feet away? Patsy & Estil Penix have a deal for you. This practically new mobile home is located just across a driveway from a protected bayou on St. Andrews/North Bay and within about 5 miles of the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches".  (Free public parking).
No this isn't beachfront property, but neither are the rental rates. We promise you nice, clean, comfortable lodging for a family of up to 6 people, including a boat slip for your private boat nearby - all at a very reasonable price. You can fish, ski, or swim in our bay or take your boat to the Gulf for a frolic of your life. Or, you can take a short drive to the beach, St. Andrews State Park, and to many nearby amusement parks.
